1. Toplanan Veriler

Felek uygulamasi asagidaki verileri toplar: ad, e-posta adresi, dogum tarihi, dogum saati ve dogum yeri. Bu bilgiler astrolojik hesaplamalar ve kisisellestirilmis icerik olusturmak icin kullanilir.

2. Verilerin Kullanimi

Toplanan veriler yalnizca asagidaki amaclarla kullanilir: kullanici hesabi olusturma ve yonetme, kisisellestirilmis astrolojik yorumlar uretme (yildizname, tarot, kahve fali vb.), uygulama deneyimini iyilestirme.

3. Veri Paylasimi

Kisisel verileriniz ucuncu taraflarla paylasilmaz, satilmaz veya kiralanmaz. Veriler yalnizca hizmet saglamak icin gerekli teknik altyapi saglayicilariyla (sunucu barindirma, odeme isleme) paylasilir.

4. Veri Guvenligi

Verileriniz SSL/TLS sifreleme ile korunur. Sifreler hash algoritmasi ile saklanir ve duz metin olarak depolanmaz. Sunucularimiz guvenli veri merkezlerinde barindirililir.

5. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri

Uygulamamiz su ucuncu taraf hizmetlerini kullanir: Google Sign-In (kimlik dogrulama), Apple Sign-In (kimlik dogrulama), Adapty (abonelik yonetimi), Google AdMob (reklam gosterimi). Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikalari gecerlidir.

6. Cocuklarin Gizliligi

Felek 13 yasindan kucuk cocuklara yonelik degildir ve bilerek cocuklardan kisisel veri toplamaz.

7. Kullanici Haklari

Kullanicilar hesaplarini ve tum verilerini silme hakkina sahiptir. Veri silme talepleri icin info@felekapp.com adresine e-posta gonderebilirsiniz.

8. Abonelik ve Odemeler

Premium abonelikler Apple App Store uzerinden islenilir. Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir. Istediginiz zaman App Store ayarlarindan iptal edebilirsiniz. Odeme bilgileri (kredi karti vb.) tarafimizca depolanmaz.

Felek collects the following data: name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth place. This information is used for astrological calculations and personalized content generation.

Collected data is used solely for: creating and managing user accounts, generating personalized astrological readings (natal chart, tarot, coffee cup readings, etc.), and improving the app experience.

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties. Data is only shared with necessary technical infrastructure providers (server hosting, payment processing) to deliver our services.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using hash algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services: Google Sign-In (authentication), Apple Sign-In (authentication), Adapty (subscription management), Google AdMob (advertising). These services have their own privacy policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Felek is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime from App Store settings. Payment information (credit cards, etc.) is not stored by us.
