Felek, kisisellestirilmis astrolojik icerik sunan bir mobil uygulamadir. Uygulama yildizname, tarot, kahve fali, sinastri, astro kartografi ve karakter analizi gibi ozellikler sunar.

2. Eglence Amacli Kullanim

Felek uygulamasi yalnizca eglence amaclidir. Sunulan icerikler profesyonel tip, psikoloji, finansal danismanlik veya hukuki tavsiye niteligi tasimaz. Kullanicilar onemli kararlarini bu uygulamadaki iceriklere dayandirmamalidir.

3. Abonelik Kosullari

• Felek Premium: Haftalik otomatik yenilenen abonelik (75 TL/hafta)
• Abonelik, satin alma isleminin onaylanmasiyla baslar
• Abonelik, mevcut donem sona ermeden en az 24 saat once iptal edilmedigi takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Yenileme ucreti, mevcut donem bitmeden 24 saat icinde hesabinizdan tahsil edilir
• Aboneliginizi istediginiz zaman Apple App Store ayarlarindan iptal edebilirsiniz
• Ucretsiz deneme suresi sunulmasi halinde, kullanilmayan kisim abonelik satin alindiginda kaybolur

4. Tek Seferlik Satin Almalar

• Astro Kartografi: 50 TL (tek seferlik)
• Sinastri Haritasi: 100 TL (tek seferlik)
• Karakter Analizi (Tam): 25 TL (tek seferlik)

Tek seferlik satin almalar iade edilemez.

5. Kullanici Hesabi

Kullanicilar hesap olusturmak icin ad, e-posta, dogum tarihi, dogum saati ve dogum yeri bilgilerini saglar. Bu bilgiler kisisellestirilmis astrolojik icerik olusturmak icin kullanilir.

6. Fikri Mulkiyet

Uygulama ve icerigi Eticmedya tarafindan korunmaktadir. Kullanicilar icerigi kopyalayamaz, dagitamaz veya ticari amacla kullanamazlar.

7. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Felek uygulamasi "oldugu gibi" sunulur. Uygulama icerikleri eglence amaclidir ve herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Kullanicilarin uygulama iceriklerine dayanarak aldiklari kararlardan Eticmedya sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Degisiklikler

Bu kullanim kosullari zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Onemli degisiklikler uygulama ici bildirim ile duyurulur.

Felek is a mobile application that provides personalized astrological content including natal charts, tarot readings, coffee cup readings, synastry charts, astro-cartography, and character analysis.

2. Entertainment Purpose

Felek is for entertainment purposes only. The content provided does not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Users should not base important decisions on the content provided by this app.

3. Subscription Terms

• Felek Premium: Weekly auto-renewable subscription (75 TL/week)
• Subscription begins upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple App Store settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. One-Time Purchases

• Astro Cartography: 50 TL (one-time)
• Synastry Chart: 100 TL (one-time)
• Character Analysis (Full): 25 TL (one-time)

One-time purchases are non-refundable.

5. User Account

Users provide name, email, birth date, birth time, and birth place to create an account. This information is used to generate personalized astrological content.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are protected by Eticmedya. Users may not copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Felek is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy of the content. Eticmedya is not responsible for decisions made based on app content.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications.
